As a free benefit to you, we'll personally contact contractors in your neighborhood. We'll ask them to prepare a personalized quote for you based on the equipment you ordered and the services you requested.

Once you are contacted with price quotes, simply select the contracting company you like best and hire them directly.

What to expect after you submit a Contractor Assistance Request.

Once your order is placed, your products will ship as normal.

As soon as your order ships, we will personally contact contractors with your specific requests.

You will receive an email with a list of these contractors and their contact information. Contractors who wish to provide you with a quote will automatically contact you. If you would like, you may contact them directly to request a quote or arrange for services.

At your discretion, choose the contractor you like best.

Scheduling and payment arrangements for the work will be made directly between yourself and the contractor.

When the contractor has completed the work, let us know how satisfied you were with the contractor you chose.
